Cancellation Policy

Terms and conditions. No alcohol/drugs the night before/day of your appointment. No coffee on the day of your appointment. No aspirin, ibuprofen for 3days prior to treatment. No sunbeds or exercise 48hours prior to treatment. Have Botox/fillers 2 weeks prior to treatment. FOR BROWS – no tinting or grooming 2weeks prior to treatment. FOR LIPS – Cold sore meds to be taken 2 days prior to treatment (link will be sent to you) FOR LIPS – Well exfoliated and nourished lips are very important for optimum healed results. Aftercare needs to be followed for 5days after treatment, and further cautions for 10 days after. Failure to follow this aftercare, will affect the outcome of your treatment results. Top up appointment (6-8 weeks) to be booked on day of 1 st treatment. Any delay in having the top up will affect healing and result of treatment. (if top up appointment is cancelled, £50 non refundable deposit is required to rebook top up) Deposit of £50.00 is required when booking your appointment (Minimum of 48hours notice to cancel/rearrange your appointment. Less than 48 hours’ notice and Avella beauty by Carrie reserves the right to keep the deposit and another deposit would be required to rebook)
