Cancellation Policy

All new customers must fill out a consultation form. A deposit of £10.00 to be paid at booking on all services charged at £10.00 or more. 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation, or Avella beauty by Carrie reserves the right to keep the deposit. No shows/missed appointments will require full payment of the missed appointment before rebooking any further appointments. And will lose your deposit. Patch test for tinting/lifting treatments are required 48hours before your appointment.
